Large-scale data management and analytics, with an emphasis on developing fundamental data mining and machine learning models and algorithms that can be used to analyze massive modern data collections generated from diverse domains, such as service-oriented Big data (QoS and service description data) and large-scale unstructured data (e.g., social media data and electronic health records).
